We want you to have a positive experience with your order. At this time, we only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ccreamycoo@gmail.com

To process a return or refund, we require:

  1. Clear photo or video proof showing the damage
  2. Photo of the shipping label and packaging
  3. Your order number or proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps for your refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Situations

We currently do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Items that have been used or opened

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
